Man what happened? Yesterday you wanted to live forever. I’m not blaming you for your change of dispositions, just wondering!? I understand it’s rough and I change a lot too, especially on bad and good days. I hope you feel better.

It has passed.
It is an intrusive feeling.
My situation was much worse when off meds, the intrusive thoughts completely dominated me.

Those intrusive feelings will slowly but surely become less and less too!!! And if you do decide to raise dosages…to 12.5 or 15 mg, then maybe eventually they will be a tiny clump of sand on a giant beach!!! And you will live within peace for 99% of the time. I am so glad you are feeling better ALREADY!!! That just shows how far you have come in such a short time on meds @Erez_Shmerling!! But its YOU, not the meds. You chose to take the meds so you deserve the credit!!! Good job!!!
