@agent101g, I eat 1200 calories per day. Men should have a minimum of 1500 calories per day, and for women the minimum is 1200. Plus I do cardio 5 days a week and weight training 3 days a week

I don’t think BMI is very accurate. MY BMI is 30. I am 5’6 and 180 pounds. But I don’t look fat or anything. In fact, I am very fit.

Muscle will make you weigh more. If you’re beefed up with muscle from body building, your BMI will be inaccurate.

I agree. I would say ditch the scale. If you look good in the mirror, you look good enough.
