About 150 mg. I feel so relaxed. It took about 1 hr to kick in. I mixed it with tea. So i’m gonna experiment with more CBD. I ordered a pure isolate CBD, Full Spectrum Pills, and an RSO oil (which is what i took today). I’ll post here how it works.

That’s very promising to hear. I’ve never had a reasonable response to the doses that I’ve taken and I never thought of taking such a high dose. Now I’m considering

i read 200mg is more like a medicinal dose. Epidiolex ( the RX cbd oil for epilepsy) uses much higher doses. so I’m gonna experiment with 200 mg a day when i get the isolate and pills since the isolate is THC free and the pills are near THC free.

i dabbed CBD and didn’t notice much either. Maybe the dose wasn’t high enough. It’s hard to know with inhaled CBD

By the way, it’s interesting that CBD is used to treat epilepsy given that it Venn diagrams with schizophrenia and autism

I’m still very enthusiastic about CBD, but I don’t know whether you can get high-dose pills at a reasonable price in Europe.
The last time I looked a few years ago it was overpriced.
(but there are CBD producers).

I read your post and have been having a rough spell so went to the tobacco shop and got some cbd gummies. Took two and a half and gave my dog the remaining half. Didn’t look at dose recommendations before. They’re 100 mg each. Never done the gummies before. I’ve had a rough night so wth.

most cbd vape juices are weak, pure cbd isolate in a dry herb vape definitely has noticeable effects, but it only takes 1 puff to get the amount of cbd in like 3 ml of the vape juice

I believe I feel more relaxed and more chill mood. I’ve taken 4 and a half now. 450mgs. I feel surprisingly well.

Im 900mgs in. Gave about one to my dog. Took the last two just now. I feel good. Can’t tell to much. Maybe less anxious and more chilled. I’d say more relaxed.

Be careful. Especially with the dog. If there is trace amounts of thc in the gummies it can hurt ur dog. And high dose cbd can hurt the liver.
