I do badly with extreme temperatures. When it freezes I struggle with my asthma. When it’s above 30°C I get dizzy (since taking Invega).

I was doing that back when I worked for a company with its HQ in Florida. It would be November and they were all wearing sweaters while I was rocking shorts and a tee because it felt like a cool summer day to me.

Coldest this winter we got so far is -23C, previous winter it got into the -30s, a few years ago we had a snowstorm where it was -44C.

I read that in Siberia Yakutia -50C is considered normal and is the average. Coldest temp recorded there was in the -70s C.

When I got home from FL on the 24th it was -18 F, and yesterday it snowed 12 inches, and currently it’s raining at +34 F. There’s an inch of ice coating everything and I had to put my spikes on to walk the dog. It’s crazy weird weather.

-31C this morning with a -40C wind chill. My kid is wanting to drive two hours to see a friend and not getting that it’s dumb to take a vehicle out in this weather for anything other than an emergency. Great way to break down and there is almost no emergency roadside assistance where she’s heading (rural area).
