I still think that others want to harm me (though not everyone)
I’m sorry @Crystal-Cotton

It can be easy to start to see your therapy as punishment in disguise. It’s a trap you need to fight, because it is a short step from thinking your pdoc is abusing you to thinking your parents and your teachers are abusing you. Sometimes I think the doctors do throw up their hands in frustration and say, “Let’s get some psychotropic drugs in them and see how that works.” The better you talk to your pdoc the better treatment you will get. Be assertive, not aggressive. Don’t be too headstrong. Listen to your pdoc. You don’t have to agree with everything they say, but you should at least consider it. If it doesn’t work for you, tactfully tell your pdoc how you feel about it. You can’t expect too much of pdoc’s in the public health system. They have a lot of responsibilities, and they can’t always give the quality of care they would like to give.
thanks
Did you up the dose of clozapine?
well it was 25mg at the beginning now 200
I knew about 200mg.
I wondered if it will go up more than this.
I take 200mg but also two other APs
They said if I want to go off the shot they need to increase the dose
not funny
Hmm. . .

ah that sucks =/
i hope you feel better soon… it’s not fun to feel paranoid… i get paranoia sometimes too still and it sucks huh…
if you’re in a strange place where you’re not comfortable you might feel unsafe
you might have paranoid personality traits maybe not full blown disorder
if you can’t make yourself at ease maybe you need antianxiety meds
