I scheduled with the urgent care. Hopefully they can rule out possible causes of these symptoms. The Nurse is going to call me back and followup on what I found out. Unicare is the best health insurance! So glad I have medicaid. They have already been able to get me life-saving treatment for another health issue at no cost.

Be sure to be eloquent and clear when you speak. Ask for a neurological evaluation and an MRI. Do NOT let them dismiss you as a crazy person.

They say they can do on-site x-rays on their website. Iām not sure theyāll be able to do an MRI but hopefully they can help rule out other causes or schedule me for an MRI/recommend me.
So I shouldnt tell them I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia? Or they probably already have that information somewhere.
Hopefully heāll do a CT scan at the urgent care.
In my experience, I donāt volunteer the information to health professionals, but it is in my medical file anyways. Expect to be scheduled for an MRI at a later date. If they do any test same day, it will be a CT scan.
I hope your visit at urgent care helps you get an mri. Also, if youāre claustrophobic, you can request to be referred to a place that has an open mri, which means youāll be in a much larger machine.

Didnāt help at all. They already had all my medical information and insurance. He prescribed migraine medicine. I have had the migraine consistently for three weeks every single morning. The medicine isnāt supposed to prevent or actually treat whatās causing the migraine and you canāt take more than 6 doses so itās not meant to be taken every day. It would be more for infrequent migraines it seems. It kind of made me mad because Imitrex is a Serotonin Agonist!! It would likely cause Serotonin Syndrome if I took it with the Strattera. are u on risperidone? / have you been taking them before? and did ur ringing ears come before any medication ?
Iām sorry. Immitrex made me very dizzy. You should go to your GP, they will be more likely to take you seriously.

The ear ringing came before any medication. I took Risperdal once at the onset and it made me worse than before.

We think I have an allergy to dust and incense. I spent the last two nights sleeping in a different room and didnāt wake up with headaches. So hopefully this has resolved the issue. Talked to my psychiatrist and told him about the headaches but that the medication combo is working really well. He was very supportive and suggested a type of career I could look into. I just applied to technical school today. Iām feeling a lot better. It may take baby steps, but I will get to a career and success eventually. I just canāt give up on myself or let frustration take me down.
So we donāt think its anything serious, just stress and sensitive to smoke/smoke allergy.

Woke up again the past two nights with headaches. Canāt seem to convince my parents that I need an MRI. I will ask the doctor when I see her at my appointment. Just want to get this over with itās really bothering me to think if I have a tumor and I wait too long itāll just get worse.

yes some meds can cause pituitary tumors.
have you been on Risperdal or invega sustenna? They can cause pituitary tumors. But its rare. I think this is your delusional paranoia spiking.
