i have had no dark voices for at least a couple of months now, i only hear the good ones.
and i have had no ocd or depression for four days, i am stoked, and my paranoia is decreasing,
so there is hope.
i wasn’t going to say anything but mrs sith said it is a good thing to share.
i think i could be recovering…

I hope you don’t mind me saying so…. I have to admit… when I fist started reading your post… you were very to the point.
Lately, I have seen you joke a bit more and have some fun. When I start seeing humor from people I think they are feeling better. It’s hard to see the fun when one is depressed or not feeling well.
I think you are doing great. I’m glad to hear that you’re feeling better. It’s makes me happy to hear that your getting some relief from the head circus.

yeah thanks, it is wierd having more space in my head…
mrs sith says i am very black and white…and to the point…verging on tourettes.
i literally walk out the house now without checking anything, the fire place , the doors ,the stove…etc…
my clinical pychologist is amazed…but to be honest i am more amazed…

I am so glad to hear this good news, darksith. actually, happy for you. Are you on large dose of meds?
It’s amazing that people like you still cracked jokes when you were going through hard time like voices and delusions. I 've been symptom free for nearly two years, with only a tiny bit wobble recently , mostly delusion-like dreams. So I think I should keep a good spirit all the time.

That is really great. Congratulations. I’m not all the way there yet. As far as doing OK, you know how it goes. Somedays are good. Some days… not so much. But I try to recall the good days and just keep telling myself the not so good days will pass.

i actually don’t take meds my two shrinks thought it best not, i learnt a lot of other coping mechanisms over the past twenty years, which they thought could unravel if i did the meds.

I LOVE Billy Connelly. The Big Yan. Love his stuff. I love his routine about being scottish and have no sun screen strong enough. There is no SPF 200.
I heard that he also suffered depression and is currently battling dementia.

yeah, billy connelly is cool, i heard he has some bad health problems !
he did a trip through oz on a motor bike, thingy me jig ! it had three wheels anyway !!, it was on t.v, i like his humour.
