Are you back taking abilify 15mg again? Hopefully these thoughts are only there because you dropped down to 10mg for a while.
But whatever the reason, ignore those thoughts!

I don’t know… something like that… it’s prolly not OCD but who knows… they def feel like intrusive thoughts though.
