I struggle to be friends with guys

I always fall in love or become attached in a sense where I loose my true identity.

Having a family is hard. As someone with awful trauma and psychotic condition, declined kidneys how could I still have a family like this.

LOL :dizzy_face::confused:

Do you have brothers?

Yes I have 3 younger brothers. I struggle there too.

But not as much as with men outside the immediate family.

I see. That’s interesting, I thought maybe you might not have brothers !

Lol. I have the opposite problem. I find I don’t connect with most men. I’m slightly feminine and there’s lots of typical behaviours and interests I just don’t like not share.

Much prefer being friends with women in general.

That said I do have guy friends too. Just feels harder to find good connections.

Maybe you can buy a fake mustache and a flat cap, and then you can infiltrate the doods and learn their ways.

I get you @Zoe !

I also become awkward around women. It wasn’t like that before sz. Now I avoid eye contact and I sometimes even stutter, especially around very pretty ones. Feelings of shame regarding my condition prevent me from seriously looking for a partner.
