I use to shower once a week, but when I went out I heard some people say that guy looks like he hasn’t showered in a long time. It made me insecure. So now I shower every 3’days unless I’m sweating my balls off. After 3:days my hair starts looking greasy. I also now comb and put hairspray in my hair. Before it was a birds nest.

Not every day but something like 3 times a week thus far

When I don’t shower I put hair gel on so it looks like I intend to be greasy. SCZ life hack 101.

I often skip showering. Showering regularly is hard I think for a lot of people with sz. Personal hygiene issues I mean. Don’t beat yourself up @anon25873142

I do still enjoy showering :shower:

First thing in the morning doesn’t appeal so I prefer to take one in the evening.

Promote those natural body oils without stinking lol

Maybe I should try showering in the evening @Yellowapple

That’s a good idea. Maybe this would give me some motivation to shower more frequently. It would also be relaxing before bed.

I usually shower daily though I didn’t yesterday. Thinking about inflation I decided not to shower yesterday so I could stretch my shampoo out.
