Psychiatrist on December 16th I haven’t seen or talked to a psychiatrist in 7 months. Looking forward to it… its weird with whats been going on i have like me in my head plus this other voice in my head always talking to me.. and ill sit there for long periods of time just staring at a wall.. ill like randomly laugh at just staring at the wall.
