Something I can do at home as escapism
There has been studies on soldiers with PTSD, gaming has helped them with recovery.

I was so into videogames as a kid. Now I have trouble focusing on them for more than an hour or two. My husband can still play them all day.
You can play one hour everyday one game and still see an improvement in your gaming if you consistent
Started playing on tv couch half later it’s better for back until I get stronger I will play there
I was obsessed with gaming as a kid. These days at 31 its more difficult to care so much about them. They can still be a lot of fun though. But i cant sit there for hours on end playing them now. Theres some cool games out there. Ones ive gotten into in the last few years are:
-Warhammer 40k space marine 2.
-blasphemous.
-lords of the fallen (2023)
-assasins creed valhalla.
-the first berserker khazan.
-disco elysium.
-the inquisitor.
-hellblade senuas sacrifice.
Theres others but I’ll stop there haha.
