I picked one milium on my face, i took away the upper skin, but it still doesnt go out… I had previously these ones too, i should wait now that itll dry and that the pus will go out easier after some days. Now its stuck… Maybe i’ll have one more scar on my face sheesh, am fed up…

Anyways, still fighting the sz, i see some progress tbh heh 
20 years with almost no life behind me though, maybe my father really destroyed us… But i landed up in this family, it feels like a fate too…

Its like a pimple, but its stuck strongly on the skin… It has no pore from which to go out and in my case, they end up by drying into a blackhole after some months… But if you try to get them out on your own, you can make a damage… I already opened the skin about that one, i shouldnt probably touch it until it dries after some days…

I just picked and cleaned my skin through the years on my own, with my hands form the blackspots and cleaning my pores or pimples… I had a great skin, but now i have scars, pores and holes… maybe i should get used to it now…
Can you afford to see a dermatologist? They can help you improve your skin’s appearance so you don’t have to feel bad about yourself anymore
I should leave now that one until it dries and goes out easier in a few days? Now, the pus is just stuck onto my skin, impossible to get it out lol…

Yeah, the picking thing was probably my selfmutilation thing a bit, it was relieving me from bad feelings and all the rest i guess…
And also I doubt you look as bad as you think you do. It’s probably not even noticeable to others.
Thanks for the care, but not now… My priority is to fix up my mind first. I risk to make mistakes with me still, i am still sick, thats all…

The scars from acne are hard to heal, i am not ready for a dermatologist…

I had a cholesterol pimple, they appear around the eyes too but are yellow. It took a long time to pop.

Pals, its impossible now to pop up this pimple, ive tried again… Should i stop doing it until later, when it’ll dry and goes out more on the surface? I am probably ocd with that now and i suffer when looking at it, because i am afraid of another scar if this pus just maintains my skin opened for long time?
Ok, ill try to not touch it, maybe its better… My previous miliums ended up by drying after some days after ive opened them… But for some of them, i had left scars after it…
