pimples. Three of them. One in the middle of my forehead and the other two on my chin. I took care of them but still. There they are. Out of nowhere. I thought those days were long past. When I was in my teens and twenties they used to be really bad. I had quite a struggle with them. Don’t you ever get too old for them? I’m in my late 50’s.
Have you increased your chocolate intake recently (like over christmas). That could do it.
Yes, as a matter of fact I have @everhopeful. I got two chocolate balls for Christmas and I just finished off the second one. Those were probably the culprit. Thank you very much.
My mom had severe cystic acne between 30s-early 40s. It went away. She took care of it. There is not much scarring. She is a strong woman.
I think there is a type which hits women around that age then persists for a decade or two…not sure…Can’t remember. My younger bro is also suffering w/attacks right now.
My cousins also had it quite severe. After a change of diet, my cousin completely cleared up.
She is an aspiring nurse. Just got married a bit ago. She’s doing great. Studying to be a registered nurse. Haven’t heard from her in a bit.
I don’t have amazing skin, but not breaking out is always great. I drink a lot of water, keep away from processed foods…that’s about it. I’m getting some acne right now, I often have at least one small pimple on my face.
I hope its not the new medication. In any case, sometimes you’ve gotta take good with bad.
I agree with chocolate being the culprit. I’m in my early 40’s and rarely break out anymore. But I have been breaking out since Christmas with the chocolate lying around the house. I’m glad it’s almost gone.
