It’s a real nice one too. He’s going to love it. It lives outside part time and can be displayed indoors for long periods. Which is exactly what we need for this climate here. It’s a Chinese Elm. It’s adorable. It’s 10 years old. Every time he comes over he covets my bonsai and talks about getting one for himself. This is going to be the perfect gift.

The one I had was a bit needy
Forgot to water it for just a week and it slowly died despite me giving it water just as the leaves were turning yellow!
