I now realize that

I not only hallucinate all the time and am aware of it, I hallucinate all the time and am completely unaware of it. That’s what’s so bizarre.

why can’t your pdoc find some meds for you so you don’t do that?

Why do you assume she’s not on meds? I take my meds religiously and have been told I hallucinate regularly and have delusions since 2008. I’ve been medicated since 2014

@LilyoftheValley is right @jukebox. I am on meds. I’ve recently had a med reduction and its affected me badly. My pdoc wants to reduce my meds even further because I’m having some Parkinson or TD type symptoms.

Ohh I believe it’s very relatable for me.
Yesterday I had some strange hallucinations, and I was kind of… aware of it, but I have this idea there are many times when I am not aware.
Sometimes I fear full blown psychosis returning so much. :frowning: wish you the best of luck, @SkinnyMe , atleast we become stronger everyday.

For me, it’s hard to distinguish what’s real from a hallucination until someone ponts it out to me that is. Then, I stand corrected.

I gather a lot of you guys have a hard time being corrected?

Yes. It’s very difficult to believe others when they say it’s not happening. I’ve learned to not talk about it and I avoid it. There are times when I ask for help reality checking though.
