I noticed another tooth going bad. Probably need a filling. I no longer have dental insurance so will have to pay for it out of pocket. Don’t want to lose another tooth though. Seems like it never ends. I just had 3 rear teeth pulled last year. Annoying.
I think I will set up an appointment this morning. Sigh.

Sorry about that @Bowens. I’ve had two molars pulled, so I understand the importance of keeping what teeth you have.
I’ve had 3 wisdom teeth removed. Hated the process. I hope you don’t need to get anything pulled.
Does it hurt or is it sensitive?
If it’s sensitive, you may just need a filling,
Or crown.
If it hurts, likely you need a root canal.
Not trying to be discouraging.
I just worked at the dentist office for a long time and people come in all the time expecting to fill a cavity and end up paying two grand for a root canal and crown.

No it doesn’t hurt. I just noticed the gap with my tongue this morning and looked at it in the mirror. Thanks for the advice. I will be prepared for whatever. I can afford 2 grand if I need to. I just don’t want to lose any more teeth. As long as they can fix it one way or another without removal, I will be satisfied.
