I get the same way about cutting my nails, but every time I finally do it, I am shocked to realize it takes less than one minute to do. Maybe tell yourself you’ll just commit to one minute of nail clipping, and see how much you can get done in that time.

I get the same way. As a matter of fact, I need to cut my nails right now too. Finger nails & toe nails. The worst thing is having to file them.

This is how I deal with flossing. If I commit to flossing one tooth, or one side of my mouth, I usually just end up doing the whole thing.
