Isn’t it amazing that one day without meds can make us act differently? I think we have to accept the things we do as part of the illness. So you shouldn’t have to apologize.

I just apologized to a friend for a message I sent over a year ago on Facebook. It was when I was in deep psychosis and unmedicated. I feel bad to this day.
