I need some unimportant advice/suggestions

So, my hair grows SUPER slow…

Anyone got recommendations on how to make it grow faster ?

Any tips are highly appreciated!

They say Biotin supplements I think, but IDK I am a bit weary of supplements unless essential

So they’re like vitamins you take?

Vitamins that say hair, skin and nails on them. I see them in the grocery store all the time.

yeahs, but I am not sure how reliable it is.
but I used to work in a health food store and that is what they mainly sold biotin for

Taking a biotin supplement may help with that

Ah, yeah I’ve seen those too…

I think I’m already taking a vitamin that covers hair, skin and nails…

Oh okay, thank you🙂

Maybe I’ll look into biotin.

I remember girls in high school taking prenatal vitamins to make their hair and nails grow quicker… don’t know if it actually helped or not

You’re welcome :relaxed:, hope you find something that works

but I am sure your hair looks fine at the current length too anyways but yea I understand the frustration nvt when you want longer hair

I once used a mixture of Placenta for hair, Bergamot essence for hair and Bayrum for hair when I lost a lot of hair.

It really helped. I got the recipe from a lady who had chemo. She worked at a pharmacy. She used the same recipe to grow back her hair.

Now I’m almost in my mid 50’s and not much worried about becoming bald anymore.

Interesting… I saw a placenta hair mask at the beauty store the other day… maybe I’ll have to try it…

Thanks for the idea!

Niiiiceee!

Um I’m pretty sure almost everything is open again, like I went and got my hair trimmed a few weeks ago.

It’s almost April 13th!

Ask your doctor for a prescription for prenatal vitamins.

Those made my hair and nails grow like crazy.

And they’re higher quality than the kind you get off the shelf.

I sometimes wash mine with yogurt, even the fruit kind in the kitchen sink… ha.

I don’t know what ‘biotin’ is.
