I made restaurant style hash browns

They are the Hungry Jack ones that you add water to reconstitute. You can’t even tell the difference. They come out really good. I ordered a bunch for my pantry. I like potatoes sometimes but never have one around when I want one or if I do it’s grown eyes. So this is perfect for me. I adore restaurant hash browns. I’m getting good at making them with very little oil too.

My brother In Law made homemade corned beef hash a few months ago.

I’ve never really had anything like it. If I remember correctly it was a corned beef sliced on top of potato hash browns
