I’m having breakfast for dinner. Should I make hash browns or fried potatoes? I’m having eggs and sausage gravy with it.

I used to fry diced up potatoes and eat them with that milk gravy that you buy in little packs and mix up. Sausage gravy is amazing, too.

I’ve never fried potatoes before. Is there a simple way to do it? I’m looking for an online recipe

I just wash them and dice them, leaving the skin on, and pan fry them in a little oil. I like them to be a little on the small side so they cook quicker.
