It’s a traditional Jewish bread. It has a nice sweet flavor. It’s also very tender. It’s wonderful!

Is see you have a book how to make. Wish I was able to try your bread . How long did it take to prepare?
Is it possible to let me know the steps ? I have an oven can I make it in that ?

It took about 4-5 hours @An_the-c-ology I will send a picture of the recipe tomorrow if I haven’t posted anything by the evening tag me asking if I forgot lol
The recipe I used I put water, sugar, and warm water together in the maker while I gather the rest of my ingredients then finally I’ll do what I can

Yes yeast we use them too to prepare a bread called vatteppam
We use toddy in it as well.
Here is the pic it’s sweet. We have to steam it well
To make it fluffy.
