I hit it off with a young man at work after only two weeks. He took me to a wedding today, then we went back to his apartment for a couple beers and funny youtube videos. It felt so nice to get out again. It’s been a long, long time since I left the house to hang with someone. I was so happy to be out with a cool new friend that I cried when I left.

How did you get on at the wedding? I think a lot of people here, myself included, would consider weddings a nightmare social scenario.
It was a last minute, thrown together wedding, so it wasn’t fancy at all. No pressure. Neither one of us socialized with anyone much, but I was made to watch someone’s baby during photos. Yikes!
I did manage to make this very chill baby smile and coo at me.
