I’ve been reading my posts. When I’m trying to be helpful, I come across as if I’m lecturing. Thats so wrong of me and not my intention.
So, I’m going to try to not come across that way. I might mess up because I’m not aware of it at the time, but I’m going to try to be aware.
I want everyone to know that I know I’m not superior in any way. I’m just a regular gal. I’m not better than anyone

I’m superior to everyone on this forum and lecturing is fun. Now stop apologizing every 5 seconds and get on with your day.

Awe! Thanks @shutterbug . I’m just trying to be a better person. I’m doing self evaluation with my therapist- for both good and bad things.
I think your posts are always constructive and helpful and I look forward to them. So I disagree with you. I don’t think that you are doing anything wrong.

He’s got enough energy that I haven’t put him down yet. If I set him on the floor to do something like prepare a meal or do laundry he follows me.
When he no longer follows me, I will immediately make the appointment to put him down.
I’m also continuing to offer him food but he rejects it. He is drinking water though.
