I had the same issue. I thought I would go crazy some day and stab someone or something horrible. It would send me into panic attacks. Does that sound familiar?

There are many treatments for OCD. I cured mine with medications.

There’s a type of OCD called “Pure O” which is purely obsessions. The compulsions tend to be mental. Harm OCD is a common type of “Pure O” OCD. I didn’t have compulsions either.

Did you threaten them during psychosis? That might be unrelated to OCD. OCD and SZ/SZA can be comorbid and interact in strange ways.

If you’re having intrusive thoughts or images of hurting someone that you don’t want to act on, that is OCD.

If they have OCD like I think they do rumination is a big part of it. They can’t help it. I’m not a doctor though so I can’t diagnose them.
