Haldol makes me restless and its so hard to deal with living in a really really small house, there’s no where to pace….just venting

When I was on Haldol I took benztropine. It helped me with that restless feeling a lot.

i have benztropine 3 mg a day but im afraid to take it…do u remember how much u took?

Occasionally, Geodon makes me a little restless and I find pacing in my apartment helps. I also was prescribed Cogentin (if necessary) but I have yet to use it. I would use it if I ever got severe akathisia (but only had akathisia once or maybe twice).

Can you go lie on your bed and listen to tranquil music?

Yeah keep taking the Benztropine it will really help you. 3mg is a decent dose it should be effective for you.

Yes. I took 3mg of benztropine a day. For me, it was so unbelievably helpful

In the uk we usually get kemadrin (procyclidine). Not sure if it available world wide. I take 5mg twice a day
