Ice cream. I just ate a quarter cup of walnuts because they’re filling and healthy. I’m hoping that helps.
peanut butter bites help me suffice a hunger pang.
I don’t know if this works with your diet,
But I’ve done two things to help with the very specific ice cream craving.
Learned them when I was pregnant.
One is you can freeze banana pieces, put them in a food processer with some sweetener and a little milk.
It’s not terrible!
Better is overripe avocados and dark chocolate blended in the food processer and put in the freezer for a little bit. Not long.
It’s super good and still fairly healthy.
I know this doesn’t help you with this particular craving,
But maybe the next.
