I’m feeling overwhelmed my tactic is eating ice cream. I wish is was that easy!

I have a ice cream maker and it’s easy. It’s also not expensive. You can make really good ice cream in 15 minutes with sweetened condensed milk and a flavored soda. I like orange.

I had some ice cream last night. I may have to have more this evening. Just a bit, I don’t want to gain back the weight I lost.

I eat breyers carb free ice cream.
Was on sale so I got 2 boxes.
My fav ice cream is Dairy Queen’s Cookie Dough Blizzard.
If we’re being fancy.
But I like vanilla, sometimes chocolate too.
That’s what I use to do… Icecream and cake!! Now I eat yogurt for blood sugar
