I’m losing my mind from this nightmare

I don’t think this is an unusual belief but I’m losing my mind because everyone is talking about me everywhere and they are talking about me on tv. I don’t want to bother you guys but you my friends are telling me one thing, the people around me and the tv is telling me something different. I want to believe everyone that tells me it’s not true but wow this is crazy. I’m in a nightmare :disappointed_relieved::disappointed_relieved::disappointed_relieved:

I can guarantee you no one is watching/talking/listening to you.

Are you on meds? Are you seeing a psychiatrist?

Is the tv on or off?

No one is talking about you. I had the tv delusion when I was in hospital. It’s hard to switch the delusion off. Stay away from tv for a while.

You need some self time without the TV on and get your AP changed.

For all the people who think they have their own television channel only about them then there must be 1 million channels I know nothing about! Think about it!!! Do you know how much money it costs to keep a station going? The ratings would have to be super high for companies to spend millions of dollars on advertising commercials to keep the station afloat.
My point is, think about how many people believe this and what it could financially take to be real. Plus, it would be all over the web, news etc if all these people were violated. I could go on about how it’s not logical but I think I made my point and hopefully y’all can use this info to gain some insight next time you really think it’s true!

I experienced this in 2014. I don’t remember the details anymore, but man do I remember that fear.

The good news is that what you think is happening is not really happening. I promise. Your brain is not working properly. Many people with schizophrenia have experienced the same thing. I don’t know if hearing any of this makes a difference to you, but there it is.

You seem pretty convinced of things, but I wonder if the reason you keep coming back and asking us all this is because there’s some part of you that still knows what you’re experiencing is not quite right. I hope you hold on to that instinct and keep challenging these thoughts, and above all, keep working with your doctor to find some relief.

My so called delusions are different but I’m trying to stop being scared. I’m always going to take my meds just in case one day they make it all go away.
