I grew up next to a river in my teens. So I always head to water when ill and in times of trouble. I know waters supposedly a healing element. Something soothing about letting your thoughts travel across the water in good and bad times.

I love the beach but never much for water. I get horribly sea sick so always stayed off the boats. Seems like it would be nice, but i prefer my feet on solid ground. Relaxing for me is in the mountains maybe next to stream or river at most. I love the wilderness and mountain terrain. Tropical island paradise i could do but never on a boat by myself in the ocean, prob one of my worst fears. But to each their own.
