The same obnoxiously loud car goes down our street at 12 midnight and six in the morning. Annoying.
I don’t see the appeal of street cars with exhaust 5 times louder than everyone else. I could think of a million better ways to bring positive attention to myself if I was that driver.

one of my friends when I was in my 20’s had a car like this, except the fast part. It had holes in the muffler, holes in the floor so that the sound reverberated all through the areas you sat. Holes all over the place. It was like a moving block of brown swiss cheese. Loudest thing you ever heard.

I hate them. It’s quite possible to have a powerful car that doesn’t wake up sleeping babies when it goes past at 2 am.

I went and watched a drift racing event called formula drift. You would love it. Lots of imports with v8 swaps in them.
Yeah I was into drifting. I don’t know if that stuff would do it for me anymore. I still like cars. Loud exhausts and motor blipping not so much. It’s not just cars. Everyone and their grandpa has a massive loud truck or car. Idk it’s a problem that could easily be fixed but people prefer their cars loud. A GTR can pass right by and it’s fine and minimal noise. Same with most cars. It’s people who make their cars loud. It’s just how it’s gonna be I guess.

Nowadays it’s more the muscle cars and big trucks. It seems like everyone has one. And they all put on after market exhaust. Exhaust is one of the first modifications people do. I’m fine though I had a moment earlier. Some of it is probably leftover from being gang stalked. Exhaust triggers me like crazy. It’s gotten better over time but it’s unbelievable we have to put up with this.

Not me man. I’m ok with it. I was having a moment. Loud cars and I have a history. I sometimes feel like they’re revving their engines specifically to harass me.
I understand that. I don’t like loud noises, but race cars are amazing. My first car was a used sports car. I loved it.

Yeah we used street race. I’ve owned a nissan z32 non turbo and a 95 Mazda mx6. They’re pretty quick. I think even when I was younger I didn’t care for the extra loud exhaust but I didn’t feel attacked. I got story. It snowed in my town and the roads were slick. So I filled the tank in my nissan and drove all day until my gas light came on. Got home around 11pm. Lots of drifting lol

i like nice cars. but loud cars are kinda annoying. especially those ones that like pop. idk what its called but sounds like a loud explosion sometimes. so stupid and idk why anyone would keep that on their car lol maybe for a car meet or something but for daily driving? sounds like a gun shot lol
