Risperdal and Tegretol… Yikes.
I spent years doing pelvic floor exercises and improving my sexual pleasure ,but now all my effort is gone thanks to this meds.
Masturbation doesn’t feel as good as before. I was nerfed! Wtf.
PD: I had quit both of them cold turkey after 1 month and I started to get a crisis, never expected to have problems for only taking the pills 1 month.
I had to reinstate and taper … Now I’m off them again … Still struggling with a lot of side effects .
Yeah I personally know the negative sexual side effects of Risperdal but stopping your meds is not a good idea.
Speak to your doctor about it.
There are plenty of other APs out on the market
I couldn’t get erections on risperdal…big problem for me…became suicidal because I couldn’t have a girlfriend…get on a different med…don’t go without your meds dude.
Be glad you got some feeling. Have some pity for us that cant get it up at all.
Its 22 ruddy quid for 4 pills here for viagra. And i had i lovely women yesterday, that was all randy, and i was knackered down below.
And the chemists were closed.
I couldn’t get an erection on the risperidone tablets, but I switched to risperidone injections and have no issues.
Your sex life will get bleaked on most antipsychotics and there is not much to do about that.
I think it is the same with ssris antidepressants. My relative needs to go on one for ocd but this is stopping them
I have NO sexual side effects on generic prolixin…fluphenazine…orgasm alll the time…yayyyy.
