I like to think through my delusions/hallucinations

since they are so real to me, i just think through what they’re trying to tell me and i think it to its logical/illogical conclusion.

i am not sure this is a healthy habit.

just dismissing it as unreal just because the therapist said so never worked for me. so i tell myself it is real like it feels only i have to pretend i am ignoring it/them.
