But she filed a claim to get her money back, will the bank prosecute me to the police for 25 dollars im worried, im sorry i lied guys.

people are saying that to me but one lawyer said yea that got me worried most people said no. I ask around the internet and lawyers said unlikely, but just one said yes.

It does depend what happens with your mum really, if she says it’s fine then it’s fine and no further action would be taken. That is how it would happen in the uk
