Decided to take mum movies with some friends but I couldn’t enjoy it as gran was home on her own it didn’t feel right. I feels bad now I did that. But I don’t feel right in the head either.

Family can pull you sideways and in all directions. That is just being human and sometimes you need to do what you think is best.
If your getting weirded out see your doc. Otherwise just do what you need to do and you don’t need to justify anything to others. Sz can make you different but being a little different isn’t a bad thing in life!
I wish I knew that when I was younger!
