Why do they SEEM so real? Like how do they come up with so much logical crap? Is there a theory? Im tired of getting confused and leaning on thinking Im telepathic or theyre spirits but what they say is so suprising and well put together

I had a girlfriend once who created my main voice. We hate one another. I’m ashamed of the truth, that I’m gay or bi sexual, and won’t make the effort to be normal, it’s a ridiculous dream. I’m in despair over it and have been for thirty years.

Even knowing they are not real it can be still annoying to unbearable when you hear them all the time.

Its just like how we see dreams and only after you wake up you get to know its a dream, same goes with voices and hallucinations hopefully imo.

my voices are command and i fight with them constantly
when i get weak and meds dont work the voices are real to me and you cant tell me other wise

I always get paranoid when I feel mine are coming thru. Take Easter for example, I heard them and I know they aren’t real but all over again it felt so real I run from my apartment scared.

We can’t see or hear about your thoughts or voices. Its all in your head. Just don’t react on them. Over the years i learned that this is the way i think. I am sz for about 35 years. Just take the medication to help you relax.
