I’m on latuda 60mg at night. Trazodone 50mg cogentin 2mg. I thought maybe I can take a 20mg and cogentin 2mg. Now. I have no meds during the day.

Are you sleeping ok? A lot of times they do that to help promote sleep especially if you are plagued with nightmares. I would make a call to your Dr. and ask them directly. If I remember you are having a hard time right now and messing with your meds could send you into Crisis.
