My state is getting worse, i feel disconfort just for being awake, ive been hating myself every morning and now I do it in the evening.

My appointment with pdoc is Friday. I had to quit school day* today as the thought of going made me anxious and doubtful. Edited

Is there any way you could call your pdocs office and see about coming in earlier? Or just tell them what’s going on at least? I’m sorry about you having to quit school. I’m sure that was hard.

Sorry you’re having such a hard time @anon92220549. It sounds like depression to me. I have been really dealing with it lately, so i know how it is. Please talk to your pdoc about it as soon as possible. Maybe a med change would help. There’s also therapy if it is available to you. Hang in there, man.

I might need a raise in medicine and a new med for anxiety as it seems that’s where the problems are coming from. Thank you for the reply

I resist the urge to take some benzos. They are not so good for me

Yes. Tell him your thoughts and ask for something that’ll get you through to Friday.
