I just practiced 40 minutes of yoga

And now, I feel great. I also did 10 reps of simple burpees as well. Invigorating. And enough to wear me out for sleep. It’s nighttime.

Well done to you. I too find exercise a good thing. It’s nice to be physically tired for sure.

Yoga is underrated, very intense and relaxing way to exercise at the same time.
