At first I was really upset that they put me in then I decided it wasn’t so bad. Then I learned a couple things, then they let me come home. Isn’t that about always how it goes,

I assume you committed some crime to lose your liberty like that?
If not they should be executed as traitors to free nations imo.

I did not commit a crime, they felt I was unsafe to go home because I live alone and had suicidal thoughts. No actions, just a history, no plan, just locked me up because of my past. Pissed me off. But I made the best of it because there was nothing I could do about it that wouldn’t make me look crazier in their eyes.

Hi @anon55031185 I do. I really didn’t feel like I needed to go, but I learned some things and rearranged the times I took a couple of my meds and I think that will be better for me. How are you feeling these days sweetheart?
It pises me off that i have to rely upon the free health care system in ireland. I want to go to the local psych hospital but the psychiatrists do everything in their power to keep you out. Basically the only way i can get in is if i say im suicidal. Free health care is a load of bolox! You Americans should appreciate your healthcare

You made the best of the situation. I understand the suicidal protocol. Even if you don’t have a plan they can overreact unless the doctor knows you really well. I’m still glad you went though. It sux to be suicidal in any form. I’m okay! Pretty much over COVID. Hubby has summer off so we’ve done a lot of family stuff. Pretty much sick of them all……lol

lol, we miss them when we don’t have them, have them for a day or two, then want them all to stop talking to us and go far away. When I was raising my family there was never enough quiet time.
