Hi, I have just arrived in this forum, hoping to have a friendly support in the midst of my endless flood of mental illnesses … My name is Cinzia and I live in Italy, for several years I have been suffering from depression, bipolarity, schizophrenia and obsessive compulsive disorder, the all accompanied by phobias, nightmares, hallucinations and physical and mental fatigue. The therapy I take is Daparox and Xanax in the morning and in the evening Quetiapina and again Xanax, but the results are very bad and even the talks with the psychiatrist are a failure, so much so that I stopped going to do the sessions … If any of you have any advice to give me to alleviate my suffering, I am grateful to you, or on the contrary I’m happy to share positive or negative experiences with you …
Welcome, @Psyco1965 Tell us a little about yourself so we can become friends. I’ll tell you about me first. I am 75 years old, live in an adult foster care home, used to be a music teacher and musician for which I have a college degree. I never married or had any children. I spend my days doing a few chores around the house, working Word Seek magazines, reading, being on this forum, and occasionally getting out in my car to do errands or go to the gym. My only family is about a 4 hour drive away, my sister, brother in law, two nieces and two grand nephews.
