I don’t know what to say but calm down. are your meds not working? Call someone who you can trust. You could hash it all out with them or you could hash it all out here with us!? what has got you so all keyed up? Take a walk and tell yourself it is OK and that whatever it is the man upstairs has got it under control, trust Him that all this stuff will pass and that there is a good reason to calm down and get hold of yourself. It will pass it will be OK. Honest.
Thanks @gobeyond, but a treacherous character says he is going to kill me and other people said they would too. I hear them say she is at the library or she is at the supermarket. I don’t want to die or the ones I love to. He is insane.
