I haven't been feeling well

When my meds mgs were raised I developed fatigue and mind zaps. I see my pdoc July 11th but I can call my caseworker and tell her. I’m always ■■■■■■■ depressed. I have been hearing voices a lot. I have no motivation for anything.

I get yelled at everyday I can barely be stand the bus system here. Drag headphones when it’s bad. A few suicidal thoughts. The crisis center drugged me up put handcuffs on me and put me in a child molester van. Who does ■■■■ like that?

Any thoughts on are welcomed.

I had the same issues when I thought my neighbors were plotting against me. But they weren’t. They were just ass-holes.

They used to talk sh-it behind my back. Now they are just fed up with me.

I’m sorry you still have delusions. It must suck.

I’m going to call my mom in a few. Tell her my beads and yarns go to her. And dude gets bella and nico. When I was in the bathroom I heard them say murder.

Now she said I’m faking my illness. First you don’t know me. Second you can go ■■■■ yourself. I don’t have to explain myself to you. Leave me alone.

Hey sorry your having a bad night but try to relax. I’m sure no one is out to get you and getting wound up by it isn’t going to help. Do you need the crisis numbers…? It seems your back to square one and talking to someone else may help. Inpatient is still an option?

I need to find out if they’ll takry my insurance
I’m calling my caseworker in the morning. Why is this happening?

I think you need to try a different med combo. It happens. You deserve to feel better and even with the raise it’s not working. Sometimes you’ve just got to try something different even if that means going inpatient.

I want to keep perphenazine. Maybe try a different anti depression. Thanks for talking with me. It’s hard to live with this ■■■■. I’m just tired and lost.

Yeah it’s tough but you’ve more choices these days and something will help. Don’t suffer and try to deal with all those symptoms by yourself. You really have to advocate for yourself and insist that your doc tries better things to help. IT’s not easy but getting it all sorted makes a huge difference and you know you can get there.

yeah i had a horrible experience going inpatient last time. chains, handcoffs, being pushed by police, everything. but things mellowed out as the yes year ran on. had my books delivered and worked in a greenhouse.

however i am hesitant to tell workers at the center i am struggling still.

I’m sorry they put you in cuffs and treated you badly. That said, perphenazine may not be doing it for you. A new antidepressant won’t help what’s going on with you. Crisis lines are free. I think you should call one. @anon4362788 @rogueone @Moonbeam @Bowens @anon55031185 please can one of you mods post the crisis line info?

If you are feeling suicidal or having a mental health crisis, please tell someone — a friend or family member, a teacher, a doctor or therapist or call 911 (if you’re in the U.S.) or the Emergency Medical Services phone number in your country.

You can also call a crisis intervention hotline—these are available in the U.S. and in many other countries. You do not need to be actively suicidal to benefit from a crisis hotline.
