I wish I could only eat 1000calories/day, I am obese 280lb, was 135lb before my SZ.
I’ve been eating a lot of tv dinners – trying to cut down on the sweet stuff - how ever I eat breakfast in the morning I don’t usually do that
I’ve been eating a lot in quarantine but I haven’t gained any weight yet. Actually lost a couple pounds so I must not be eating as much as I think. I mostly snack throughout the day instead of full meals until I have to take my latuda.
Yeah, same here @daydreamer. I tend to eat less when I’m anxious plus I’ve been eating healthier homemade meals which are lower in calories compared to takeout meals.
most of my food is bad for me, i had a roll with sausage today and a pot noodle, the healthiest i have had so far was mince and potatoes/carrots last week, i have a notion for weetabix though thats fibre and milk
I don’t know why, but i lost interest in food for the moment, You have to get above 1000 calories, but if youre bmi is steady, don’t worry, just eat tomorrow.
I tried to eat roasted lamb today, but it was to much. Just ate the vegs.

are you trying to lose weight, 1000 calories is not alot. your body is going to go on starvation mode and wont lose weight, i tried low calories it didnt work to lose weight 1500-2000 should be the goal. I would feel like crap under 1000 calories, how do you feel.
My tummy is getting sore, thing is i never really eat that much anyway but its less these last few weeks, probably gone from like 1500 down to 1000
Ever since this pandemic hit, I’ve been eating nothing but leafy greens sometimes with tortillas and protein shakes.
Protein shakes are really good; drink one after/before a walk and it settles your hunger. I crack one egg (lots of protein) , protein powder, milk, banana and sometimes yogurt. Delish.
Sometimes I drink apple cider vinegar (2 TBSP mixed with about half w cup of water.) Great for stomach issues and digestion.
I also take 3000mg of Vitamin C every day.
ok, try taking some tums or antiacid or something for stomach pain. Maybe your belly is producing to much acid, you should eat more to absorb all those acids. im not doctor that might be happening to you
I’m gaining weight, unfortunately, and I haven’t been eating much more than usual. Maybe I will try to walk uphill today for exercise with my puppy but probably not. My mom bought bagels and cheese today so I will try to make a tuna melt sandwich for lunch!! Sigh, my puppy is needy and won’t enjoy it when I start going out again after the quarantine. I’m struggling due to my mental illness and wish my ex-bf could save me!!! :,(

Wow it’s already been 5 hours since I wrote that? I am so weak my mom doubts that I can even manage a short 30 min uphill walk. A trip to the grocery store has me tired for hours. I believe my ex bf has magic powers and can take away my negative symptoms, lol. I also find him highly attractive! My puppies get enough exercise chasing each other around lol. My chihuahua still pees on my bed often and my sheets are starting to feel starchy from all the washing. I miss how life was but I keep getting repeat episodes and every time I do, life gets somewhat worse. At least there’s bagels to eat and I can live comfortably at home watching some snl and travel documentaries. You’re lucky that you don’t get repeat episodes. I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with garlic cheese and strawberry jam.
