I work at Starbucks
I’m sure you are competent and can pass your knowledge on with no problem. My daughter was a barista for a while.

Why not go about your normal routine and talk/demonstrate as you go?

Yeah. Just be friendly and on point. Here’s why this works and why we do it like this. They’ll be nervous too so be confident in your abilities and show them how you do it. I have trained a lot of people in menial work and most of it is being confident in your skills and showing them how you can do it like you!
