  • Increase Olanzapine to 5mg
  • Increase Cariprazine to max dose
  • Quit Olanzapine and start Nozinan

I literally have no idea what to do. Really don’t like Olanzapine, but at a small dose will it be that bad?

EDIT: I am not allowed to be on 3 APs, as it’s against the rules here according to pdoc

Gone back up on pregabalin as well

Olanzapine has helped decrease my paranoia and delusions. Though its not good when it comes to weight gain.

My mother is worried about options 1 & 3 because she says Cariprazine has made my demeanour much much better than the other drugs I have been on before

im on both olanzapine and cariprazine and I have almost no side effects from it but I feel like I need some extra protection with it also therefore I also take some olanzapine as a support to cariprazine. I wish you good luck!

edit: no side effects from cariprazine is what I ment

I took Vraylar for a year, didn’t help me much. But I voted to increase it because if you can get it to work for you, there’s very few side effects. Also it’s supposed to help with negatives.
