I think you need to put yourself out there first, @san_pedro . Get out and meet new people, try dating apps, party a little bit (just by yourself is ok), even approach some lady on the street if you think you like her.
You will get rejected a lot. But your chances of meeting someone in a week or couple of weeks will be 100% guaranteed.
