I wake up shaking in my hands.
Could be a couple of things. I’ve had hell anxiety on work mornings for the past couple of months.
My pdoc upped lexapro to 30mg to combat it and it is sort of working.
But I get the tremors on the weekend without the gut wrenching anxiety.
Also, my iron dipped pretty low a couple of months ago. I have been taking supplements but I have to go back for a follow up test.
Do you get tremors? What causes it? And what calms it?

I think tremors can be caused by lots of things. There isn’t a single cause. Better to speak to a doctor than trying to diagnose it yourself I think.

i have had frequent tremors since i was a child. i always laid the blame on my anxiety but idk if thats actually the cause.
I don’t know what causes it,
But I’ve started having a similar issue.
We need to talk to our doctors because its a disturbing problem to have.

Obviously talk to your doctor, but I get the shakes sometimes in the mornings when my blood sugar is too low. Does it get better when you eat something?
I have tremors from Geodon. Two Benedryl a day makes them go away.
It gets better when I shower, that seems to calm it.

Ya. Geodon will do that. My wife has tremors too. She takes Propanalol for them but Benedryl works fine for me. It’s an over the counter med so you don’t need a script for it.
Geodon also makes me pass out if I try to get out of bed too fast in the morning. I once put a hole in my bathroom wall with my head when I passed out the first time. The Doc called it syncope and collapse. I just lay in bed a few minutes before I try to get up now.
