It’s something deeper than panic. My breath is better now but my mind is in chaos, voices make me crazy

Sorry to hear you struggling @Om_Sadasiva. Hope you feel better soon. I know how awful agitation and voices are - for me it feels like my brain is going to burst and pour out my ears

It’s only 5 days since the injection. It should have started working. I don’t know why. But maybe it helped. Without it I may be lost in psychosis
